Returns & Refund Policy

We operate a simple no quibble cancellation and returns policy within 28 calendar days from the date of shipment:

  • If you are not happy with your product, decide to cancel or have changed your mind about it within 28 calendar days, we will offer you a full refund (minus any postage costs if applicable) or alternatively send you a suitable replacement.

Please note the returned item is required to be in an “original condition”, described as below:

  • Unused
  • In its original, undamaged packaging
  • With any seals and shrink-wrap intact
  • In a saleable condition

If an item received from Forefront Cases is damaged or an incorrect product, we will happily offer a full refund (including postage) or send a suitable replacement, once the damaged/wrong good is returned to us. You have 28 calendar days from the date of shipment to claim a full refund or exchange.

You can return the faulty item to us with its original packaging including all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will arrange a replacement to be shipped or full refund to you.

However if we find this returned item is not faulty or has been tampered with, we will return the item to you and you are liable to pay the delivery cost.

Please note that returns outside of 28 calendar days will only be offered with replacements.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
